Someone who I imagine is as soft spoken, gentle, and full of wit is the type of person I think of my friend, , to be.  Working hard to get this piece of wonderfulness done, the artist really put her nose to the grindstone.  She told me last night after my birthday party that she would have this finished in a day, no more than two ... as far as I have figured, she not only kept her promise, but got it done within a day.  Now, that's dedication!  Also, when someone keep their word like this, it puts them in a higher bracket of professionalism.  I can say I have worked with the best of the best.  And really set a new level in my eyes!  Magnificent work, darling!  

In this one, Caitlynn Wildfire and Israfel Vincent have stopped to take a much needed break in adventuring, Cait allowing Israfel to kick back and rest.  Having that gentle soul, the copper top attracted a chatty little bird to come to her hand just a bit before Caitlynn returned.  Sharing the moment of not just peace and quiet, but a rather rare moment of solace and love, they are amused and delighted by something as simple as a bird's song.

I'm not sure how much my friend realizes how this lovely piece has touched my heart, but I hope she does.  I can barely see through the tears ...
